Mechanics will perform organizational level and limited intermediate level maintenance on the C-27J JCA. Candidates must possess a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, fuel, flight control, landing gear, airframe, powerplant, and propeller systems. Experience on C-130 series aircraft or large multi-engine propeller driven aircraft is preferred. We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V. | Requirements: | Candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years recent aircraft maintenance experience, able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance, and a current Airframe & Powerplant certification. Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts and be willing and able to deploy overseas with the aircraft to potentially hostile and austere environments for up to one (1) year. Must possess the ability to use the English language to communicate (both orally and in writing) accurately and concisely on technical matters. Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screening and security background check prior to hire. Must be able to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and work in varying climactic conditions | ||
