Must have three (3) years experience within the last (8) years in aircraft electrical/avionics maintenance, including avionics corrosion detection, treatment and prevention, performing maintenance on avionics and/or electrical systems, utilizing tools, blueprints, drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and normal safety requirements on F-18 (A-F) models), E-2C, MH-60 F/S or F-16N Aircraft. Satisfactory completion of U.S. Armed Forces aircraft avionics school or other schools with equivalent curriculum or three (3) years of on the job training and/or experience required. Must be able to meet any Government/Company licensing/qualification requirements for the position. All Avionics mechanics will be Plane Captain certified IAW a Government approved certification program for each type, model, and series of aircraft.
Must a SECRET level of security clearance required by the Government E/A -18 Growler aircraft strongly preferred.
