Duties and Responsibilities: • Conducts audits and evaluations of, but not limited to, Flight Operations, Stations Operations, Passenger Handling, Inflight, Aircraft Maintenance, OSHA, and SOC functions • Reviews audit results with the Director of Safety and prepares reports • Monitors with Managers and Supervisors, the development and implementation of corrective action plans • Verifies the implementation of solutions and corrective action plans • Maintains and updates Internal Evaluation Program files • Assists the Director of Safety in the continuing development of the IEP • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree • Extremely proficient verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • WBAT knowledge a plus • Comfortable speaking before groups • An FAA ATP Certificate, FAA Dispatcher’s Certificate, or FAA A&P Certificate preferred • Air carrier (14CFR121) operations experience: training, quality control, maintenance, operations, stations, or a combination thereof • Internal Evaluation Program/SMS/FAA ATOS data collection tools knowledge/experience a plus • Ability to handle numerous projects at one time and meet deadlines • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision • Must pass a ten year background check including a pre-employment drug screen • Must hold a current US passport Travel: Travel (some possibly outside of the US) for outstation auditing, passenger handling, continued training, industry workshops -- up to 50%. Physical: Walking and the utilization of stairs will be required. Work Environment: Office environment - computer terminal, telephone use, and some outdoor auditing functions may be required.
