About the Job:
We are looking for an AMT (Aviation Maintenance Technician) with approximately 3 to 5 years experience working as a technician in the GA field to provide regular flight support for corporate jet aircraft. Candidate must also assist in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of department aircraft.
Essential Job Function:
- Maintain department’s Falcon 2000 and 900B aircraft to manufacturer and FAA standards.
- Complete preflight/postflight inspections and cleaning of department aircraft to assure they are flight ready at all times.
- Assist with aircraft fueling operations to flight crew requirements.
- Must be proficient with troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems to return aircraft to service in an economical, cost effective manner.
- Must be willing to work various shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be willing to travel for the purpose of training or if the need arises, to support the aircraft while away from home base.Assist with hangar cleaning duties to provide a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and passengers.
Marginal functions:
- Parts inventory and stocking to insure accurate inventory of parts and consumables on hand.
- Misc office duties to assist with accurate documentation and records of worked performed.
- Maintain department owned fuel farm and hangar equipment to industry standards.
