The primary role of the Training Evaluation Advisor is to evaluate the training provided to RSAF personnel (both commissioned and enlisted) and prepare training evaluation reports for the DoTC&LE. This includes, but is not limited to, the formal training delivered at TSI, KFAA, and FTC’s as well as all OJT delivered across the RSAF. The Training and Evaluation Advisor will also identify training needs and deficiencies within the RSAF training programs and develop training solutions to meet those needs and correct those discrepancies.
Advise, augment, and assist in the planning, development, revision, evaluation, and monitoring of Logistics manning, training, and evaluation programs as well as to provide assistance to Directorate of Technical Crew & Logistics Evaluation (DoTC&LE) in conducting evaluations of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program when required.
