Must possess:
- Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate Rating.
- Commercial Pilot in Helicopter Instrument Certificate Rating.
- Class 2 Medical Certificate.
- Flight Instructor/Rotorcraft- Helicopter Certificate Rating.
- Completion of a minimum of 2,000 hours pilot-in-command rotorcraft-helicopter (excluding flight instructor hours).
- 500 hours rotorcraft-helicopter turbine-engine.
50 hours rotorcraft-helicopter instrument flight time (simulated or actual). - 250 hours rotorcraft-helicopter night flight-time, and 50 hours rotorcraft-helicopter flight time in the preceding 12 months.
- Must obtain a State of Florida license as a Firefighter within the one year probationary period.
Applicants will be required to provide proof of flight hours at the time of the interview and to take a flight test as part of the selection process.
