Summary
The Aircraft Maintenance Planner/Records is responsible for maintenance issues, parts coordination, updating CARDEX, printing reports and performing function as production control during A checks and C checks, among other tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Foecasting and scheduling maintenance and issuing proper and legible paperwork to make sure they are done in a timely manner.
· Updating CARDEX of all accomplished work as required by airline policy
· Printing reports, auditing CARDEX and A/C records as required by airline policy
· Auditing. Cataloging and maintaining including filling of all current and historical aircraft records, as needed

Education and Experience
For the Aircraft Maintenance Planner/Records Job a Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) and one to two years experience is required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
· Must have proficieny in Microsoft Excel
· A working Knowledge of UltraMain is preferable
· Must have the ability to take initiative on a given task and persist with the task to its completion
· Able to identify problems and their sources. While not necessarily accountable for solutions, an Individual must be able to identify potential resources to help in the decision making process for a particular problem
· Must possess an ability to manage one’s time, to ensure that the work that needs to be accomplished in a given time frame is, in fact, accomplished. The ability to prioritize the work provided by others in terms of importance is imperative to this position.
· Must have an ability to self-monitor one’s progress and abilities, so as determined areas for potential development and growth within the company
· Strong Communication skills
