Job Description:

Verify is seeking a qualified candidate to perform source inspections on small fragile lenses in Bothell, WA. This is a short term inspection assignment where the customer has approx 500 lenses coming in at around 40 per week. These are very small lenses (approx. size of a grain of rice) so good manual/visual dexterity, experience handling small fragile parts, and attention to detail will be important.

Duration: Approx 2 months

Frequency: Approx 40 hours/week

Requirements: 

·         Experience inspecting Optic parts; specifically Lenses

·         Optical Coordinate Measuring & inspection software experience

·         Touch Probe Coordinate Measuring Machine and inspection software experience

·         Basic Microsoft Office Excel skills

·         Mechanical inspection experience using basic inspection tools such as micrometers, height gage/surface plate

·         Experience with GD&T per ANSI Y 14.5 is preferred

·         Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor (1099 Tax Form)
