Job Desc: Sales & Marketing Director LOCATION: McMinnville, OR. May be home-based in other U.S. locations. REPORTS TO: VP of Business Development, Evergreen Helicopters, Inc. in McMinnville, OR REQUIREMENTS: Sales / Marketing Representative with Substantial Experience and Success in Aviation Operations Sales and Marketing or High Level Sales of Services; Contacts at senior levels of potential customers in industries serviced by helicopters and fixed wing aircraft to include oil and gas, mining, forestry, electrical power generation construction and maintenance, agriculture, and MEDEVAC. Creative and professional writing and presentation talents; Well spoken and persuasive speaker; strong computer skills to include research; English proficiency required; additional language proficiency a plus; Experience in working with the customer and shaping the technical specification and bid process. Must be able to construct a win strategy to take advantage of Evergreen’s strengths and sell it internally and to the customer. Must have the ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; strong attention to detail; proper grammar; spelling and punctuation; excellent communication skills including the ability to read, write, and understand technical terminology in the English language. Minimum of 5 years marketing experience. Helicopter or fixed wing pilot a plus. EDUCATION: Business or technical degree preferred; MBA a plus. APPEARANCE: Professional dress or business suit.
