| Job Desc: | The CONUS FTR position is responsible for performing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft as well as communicating aircraft status and site conditions with Maintenance Control on all operational days. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining on-site parts inventory control and aircraft records procedures; effectively developing return to service plan for any grounding aircraft discrepancies; and establishing relationships with other service providers at site location to enhance support opportunities. This position involves acting as a customer service representative performing tasks as requested by management/pilots, and assisting pilots with aircraft servicing pre/post flight. The CONUS FTR will coordinate work schedules and assignments in conjunction with Maintenance Control and customer flight schedules. Additional responsibilities include providing expense receipts and justification to corporate accounting, providing all operational reporting requirements as assigned, and other duties as assigned. | ||
| Requirements: | Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an FAA A&P Certificate, and a valid US Passport. The qualified candidate must be able to travel away from home location for 30 days or longer based on customer needs, and possess good teamwork, communication, problem solving, and decision making skills. Additional requirements include strong customer service skills and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite experience are preferred. |
