VSC is looking for qualified candidates to provide Source Inspection support as it pertains to Quality Assurance in the Aerospace/Defense industry in Vergennes, VT. This project has an expected workload of 2-3 days per week for approximately 3 months. The candidate should have a hands-on Mechanical and First Article inspection experience to the AS9102 requirement. Inspection experience should include knowledge of GD&T per ANSI Y 14.5.  

·         Minimum of 1 year Aerospace inspection experience in the past 3 years

·         Must be a “hands-on” inspector

·         Comprehensive understanding of AS9102 standard

·         Ability to utilize GD&T per ANSI Y 14.5

·         Solid aerospace inspection background

·         Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and Email

·         Good communication and writing skills

·         Comfortable working as Independent Contractor (1099 Tax Form)
