| Job Desc: |
Team Leader position to supervise structural modifications to large, multi engine aircraft. Candidate will work closely with team members to ensure workmanship meets requirements. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop and kneel for long periods and coordinate efforts with other shifts, providing pass downs to management and other Team Leaders. Candidate will assign and follow up work to subordinates and is responsible for the team’s performance to safety, quality, schedule and cost.

| Requirements: | Associate degree in related field or 3-5 years experience in aircraft major structural modifications and overhaul. Strong emphasis in communicative skills, oral and written in English language. Ability to read and interpret engineering blue prints. Use of Micro Soft Office tools including Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, power Point and Access. Knowledge of SAP and Auto Time systems is a plus. Candidate will have knowledge of tools, equipment and processes necessary to perform major structural repairs and modifications on large, multi engine aircraft.
