| Job Desc: |
Develop documentation and procedures in support of production processes and requirements. * Continually improve quality and productivity for products and processes within cell/area. * Specify, justify, and install capital projects in support of production requirements. * Perform complex manufacturing engineering task in support of tooling, and shop methods. * Provide expert technical support dealing with difficult problems with limited direction and supervision. * Resolves problems of complex scope. * Performs all other duties as assigned. |

| Requirements: | * Engineering Degree with 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering Experience in an Aerospace/Aircraft Assembly environment or Masters Degree with 1+ years Manufacturing Engineering Experience in an Aerospace/Aircraft Assembly environment * Demonstrated knowledge of shop procedures, planning and technical information * Ability to read and understand measuring tools * Knowledge of ECA’s and specifications * Intermediate/advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office products * Self-Motivated with strong problem solving skills * Good verbal and written communication * Good interpersonal skills * Ability to read blue prints * Ability to work in a constant state of alertness * Detailed oriented and attention to accuracy * Must exhibit ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, co-workers, customers, etc. * Ability to be regular and predictable in attendance * Ability to work under stress, common deadlines and under pressure * Ability to follow rules and policies of the company * PPE requires safety glasses with side shields * Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, crouch, climb, reach, twist, and lift up to 35 lbs. |
