- Coordinates and participates in airworthiness determination, aircraft certification and return to service activities for client.
- Maintains the inspectors’ roster and forwards changes to the FAA
- Reports any deficiencies and discrepancies to the Director of Quality, Safety and Training
- Ensures that all maintenance has been performed per of client’s policies, procedures, work instructions, and accomplish in compliance with applicable governmental regulatory requirements.
- Supports and enforces and policies, procedures, work instructions, requirements and specifications established by customer(s) and/or regulatory agencies
- Is the focal point for customer concerns associated with quality and is responsible for resolving the issues.
- Ensures that all personnel performing all inspection tasks are properly qualified and certified to perform the work
- Coordinates the training requirements of assigned personnel with the Training Manager
- Oversees inspection activities and provides technical support to Receiving Inspection Department
- Assists in coordinating, developing, and participating in regulatory activities including audits.
- Supports and performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
