Our client is currently looking for A&P Mechanics to perform work on SAAB 340 aircraft at their Ft. Lauderdale, FL location.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-  Accomplishes overnight maintenance checks, up to and including line & service checks, along with non-routine maintenance
-  Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, engine, electrical and avionics malfunctions
-  Complete logbooks, non-routine work cards and documents in accordance with General Maintenance Manual
-  Accomplishes minor structural and composite material repairs
-  Reports to shift lead mechanic or supervisor for work and shift assignments

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
-  A&P License is required
-  FCC License is desirable
-  Knowledge of the following:
     -  SAAB 340
     -  GE CT7-9B Engine
-  Avionics and/or structures experience preferred
-  Must be able to read and interpret Maintenance Manual
-  Illustrated Parts Catalogue, Structural Repair and Wiring
-  Diagrams System Schematics and use ATA codes
-  Must have own tools
-  Work flexible hours, shifts and days off
-  Willing to work days, nights and holidays and overtime as requested
