This position will be working on a 2nd shift, but will train on the 1st shift initially. The work schedule is 2:30 pm - 1:00 am Mon-Thurs. Description of Responsibilities: · Comply with all safety policies/procedures. · Follow company policies and procedures. Lead by example. · Self starter/Self reliant · Will work from specifications, Production Illustrations, and other supplied media. · Will work with and without from tools, jigs, or other types of fixtures/tooling common to the trade. · View two and three Dimensional drawings while following Engineering direction, to include, but not limited to, reading and interpreting digital data. · Assist in maintaining conformance to production schedule by identifying and clearing constraints to production. Capable of perceiving problems as they develop and communicating such to manager. · Must be able to complete PRYER Heat Treat program. · Ability to accurately prepare documents, production sheets, reports and other related paperwork as required.

| Requirements: | Qualifications: · Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. · Knowledge of sheet metal business. · Demonstrated ability to work in a cohesive effective team environment. · Must be able to perform production work as needed and work overtime as required. · Good organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Experience using both standard and metric measuring tools. · Ability to read and understand purchase orders and routers. · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. |
