Serve as subject matter expert on EHS matters related to employee safety, environmental protection, property protection, and process safety in an aircraft maintenance repair and overhaul environment. Develop and lead EHS management system strategy and Continual Improvement initiatives for the overall business. Supports employee committees and programs to maintain CAL OSHA VPP status. |

| Requirements: | Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environmental or closely related field Minimum 5 years EHS-related work experience Working knowledge of OSHA and VPP Programs, EPA and DOT regulations including process safety, emergency response, hazardous materials transportation, air permitting, water permitting, ergonomics, and worker’s compensation. Working knowledge of general construction, permitting, NFPA Code, fire code, HVAC systems, compressor systems and other facility support functions. Training and certifications preferred: First Aid, CPR & AED, RCRA, DOT, 30-hr OSHA, CSP and Hazwoper. |
