Job Description:  The
Manager of Ground Services ensures excellence in ground handling and station
services.

Job
Responsibilities:  The Manager of
Ground Services will ensure compliance with all FAA/DOT and TSA mandated
functions at the station level, including TSA security directives and DOT
regulations/policies.  The Manager of
Ground Services will also review all station training records of vendors and
provide or coordinate any required training to comply with the FAA/TSA &
DOT regulations; verify/audit qualifications of any contract ground handler,
including training and the DOT/FAA approved drug abatement program; and develop
and implement station performance and cabin cleaning standards working
collaboratively with Safety/Security and Marketing.  Additional responsibilities include developing
and maintaining station budget and cost models; negotiating contracts with
ground handling companies; coordinating station set-up and monitoring station
performance providing routine feedback to ground handling companies; serving as
the primary corporate Complaint Resolution Official (CRO) for the
administration of the DOT Rule 382 and ensuring compliance with the
nondiscrimination of disabled customers. 
The Manager of Ground Services will ensure written correspondence to a
complaint within 10 days and respond to any written complaint within 30
calendar days; prepare/present Disability Awareness Training annually to all
vendors responsible for passenger handling of a Dynamic Airways operation and
perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess three years of commercial ground service
planning experience, two years of international station preparation experience,
and at least one year of demonstrated project management experience. The
applicant should be proficient with MS Office Suite, detail-oriented,
well-organized, and a proactive communicator. 
The applicant must also possess a self-driven work ethic with a passion
for excellence and be capable of reviewing and amending Company manuals to
ensure best practices.  Additional
requirements include a current U.S. Passport, demonstrated experience in coordinating
medium to large projects, and the ability to embrace and teach the values of
Dynamic Airways.  A BS or BA Degree is
preferred.
