| Job Desc: |
Major Purpose: Provide profitable captured sales with-in a defined territory in order for the plant to meet ownership and customer requirements of quality, cost, value and profits. Provide communication and development of the assigned region relationships that encourage backlog growth of market penetration. Team with the facility support organizations to meet customer specific and market demands. Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal/corporate staff to meet organizational requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
- Energize the customer base about Sierra’s product offerings – including engine repair/overhaul, major airframe inspections/repairs/modification, avionics repairs/modifications, engine upgrades and interior/paint.
- Meet and exceed EBITA, cash and all financial commitments.
- Provide accurate periodic forecasts on sales performance. Maintain strong market presence and activity reporting.
- Maintain effective product knowledge that fosters credibility in your assigned area.
- Meet or exceed sales target budgets.
- Work closely with the organization to identify business opportunities, assure appropriate scheduling, maintain strong customer base, and drive top line growth.
- Provide leadership and personal integrity to all employees of the business.
- Maintain close relationships with airframe and engine OEMs and support mutual customer base as a service provider.
- Retain and profitably grow core business volumes and revenues.
- Adjust tactics in assigned areas that will enable the ability to meet goals and objectives.
- Promote a culture delivering world class levels of customer satisfaction.

| Requirements: |
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in aviation
- B.S. Degree in Business or equivalent education/experience
- Previous experience managing Sales teams
- Significant customer interaction experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strategic contributor who ensures execution and sales excellence
- Strong knowledge of products, processes, and customer requirements
- Strong knowledge of sales processes
- Proven track record of performance and leadership
- Unyielding integrity and ability to maintain composure in a high pressure, rapidly changing environment
