Reports to: Manager, Deployed Maintenance
Reason Job Exists: The Program Manager, DHC-8 Platform roles exist to
provide ownership to all technical issues involving the DHC-8 aircraft, including maintenance program management, reliability, training, tooling and ground support equipmentR
Responsible for the developing and maintaining assigned aircraft
platform maintenance program currency
Responsible for oversight of assigned aircraft platform reliability and technical analysis
Responsible for monitoring fleet Airworthiness Directive compliance
Responsible for review new technical data (Service Bulletins, Service Information Letters) for applicability and provide justification for action
Acts as the primary technical interface on program maintenance issues
Provides monthly reliability reports on platform aircraft

Assists Reliability Analyst in root cause analysis and development of Quarterly Reliability Reviews

Ensures aircraft records are maintained to industry and FAA/AED standards
·
Responsible for inventory analysis and component reliability
·
Monitors fleet maintenance program effectiveness
·
Provides spares, GSE, and tooling guidance for platform programs
·
Develops and delivers technical presentations for customer program
reviews
·
Assists Maintenance Control with technical issues
·
Authors and tracks compliance for Fleet Campaign Directives
·
Other duties as assigned
