This Hangar Manager supports operation and oversight of facilities, to include direction of minor mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and cleanliness efforts. This posting is for contract bid purposes. Duties: • Identifies issues and problems within the physical plant, creates redress plans, organizes and directs efforts to close noted issues.
• Identifies long-term physical plant needs and works closely with government leadership to propose and pursue solutions. • This position coordinates the utilization of space within the hangar complex and the assignment of aircraft spotting and maintains the schedule. • This position is given only broad guidance and direction, and works closely with senior government personnel and other agencies to meet long term needs of the organization. |

| Requirements: | • High School Diploma or equivalent • Technical certifications in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems required. • At least 15 years of experience performing the stated functions with substantive oversight of numerous facilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be a US Citizen • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
