Summary Responsible for serving the customer’s needs and the requirements of their aircrafts in accordance with Business Jet Center policies and procedures.
*Various shifts are available for this position*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Responsible for towing and wing walking various aircraft.
Participate in FOD walks - Responsible for greeting and marshalling aircraft on and off ramp
- Refuel aircraft based on customer requests. Conduct test to ascertain fuel quality
- Assist with loading and unloading passenger luggage and packages
- Transport passengers to off site destinations (i.e. hotel, meeting place, etc.)
- Assist in the care and cleanliness of the work area and facility
- Meet and greet arriving and departing customers
- Provide customer service through assisting with service orders and other requests
- Communicate aircraft information via radio, phone, and other electronic devices.
