| Job Desc: |
The Autoclave Technician will work as a team member within the manufacturing environment providing hands on support in the autoclave production process of aerospace structures. Duties will include operating the autoclave, loading and unloading of materials, identifying preventative maintenance opportunities and data recording. Autoclave Technician will also be responsible for their workstations and execute other operational tasks as needed in order to maintain an efficient operation and optimize manufacturing performance while applying the Continuous Improvement (CI) & LEAN Manufacturing principles.
Please note this position is on second shift from 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Mon – Friday. Training will be held on first shift from 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM for the first few weeks.

| Requirements: |
•Requires a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years experience working in a manufacturing environment. •Strong organization skills and attention to detail. •Ability to stand, bend, stoop and lift at least 50 lbs multiple times per day. •Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with other technical team members and internal customers for support. •Must demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work and learn in a professional manner. •PC skills with proficiency in MS Office suite preferred. •Flexibility in working various shifts, and possible overtime may be required. •Due to ITAR restrictions all candidates must be a US Citizen or current Green Card Holder. •Will perform work with limited supervision so candidates must be self motivated. |
