Job Description:
The Principle duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager are as follows.
· Manage all phases of program/subcontract from inception through completion.
· Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
· Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
· Define program scope and Manage scope change
· Manage and Control the cost, schedule and technical performance of program/subcontracts.
· Define and Manage program risk
· Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program reviews with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
· Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Identify program problems and enable solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
· Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas.
