In order to apply, please visit our website: http://www.hawkerbeechcraft.com/Employment/professional/ The Field Service Representative - Toluca is an opportunity to grow professionally with Hawker Beechcraft. The FSR provides “immediate response” technical advice and service assistance to aircraft operators and authorized service center personnel. This position is located at our Toluca, Mexico service center, providing the individual with unlimited opportunities for growth, international exposure, and high end client interactions. By utilizing skills to communicate technically with customers, owners, operators and service center technicians the individual will directly impact the success of maintenance procedures, repair and/or service techniques. Frequently faced with the need for urgent problem resolution, the FSR will utilize thier experience in aircraft maintainance and will be required to make quick decisions to resolve disputes and return aircraft to service. The FSR will research and respond to incoming customer requests for technical assistance. Document maintainability, and or, reliability issues to factory personnel for product improvement consideration by the company. Additionally, this role is an on-site liaison between the customer, factory and service center organization, to expedite settlement of warranty issues acquire urgently required spare parts, and interpret technical instructions. Assigned specific hours of office duty, but “on call” 24 hours/7 days per week when required to resolve urgent issues and assists the sales organization with prospect and customer contacts. |

| Requirements: | Required Skills Airframe and Powerplant License. Strong computer skills are required. Must be a professional self-motivated individual capable of independent action with minimal managerial guidance. Tact, maturity, cooperative attitude, and diplomacy are required to effectively achieve customer support goals. Must have or be able to obtain a passport for international travel. Preferred Skills: Maintain a valid Maintenance Engineer’s License, Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic’s License, or F.C.C. License as appropriate to individual’s specific work assignment. Basic computer skills are desirable. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Powerpoint preferred. Pilot’s License Multilingual candidates Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree; ten years practical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. |
