| Job Desc: |
1. Manage all phases of multiple Projects from inception through completion.
2. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. 3. Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. 4. Define Project scope and Manage scope change. 5. Manage and Control the cost, schedule and technical performance of Project/subcontracts. 6. Define and Manage Project risk. 7. Act as primary customer contact for Project activities, leading Project reviews with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. 8. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Identify Project problems and enable solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. |

| Requirements: | 1. Must have 5+ years of experience in Project Management. 2. Must possess a “Can-Do” attitude and have proven capability in leading and motivating Project teams. 3. Must have hands-on experience with managing budgets, schedules, and customer interface. 4. Must have excellent written/verbal and interpersonal skills. 5. Must be able to conduct direct interface with current and potential customers. 6. Must possess a working-level knowledge of FAA requirements operating principles. 7. Must be able and willing to travel as necessary. 8. Must be able and willing to work as required to meet Project schedule objectives. 9. Direct experience successfully managing Projects in the aviation industry is preferred. |
