Responsibilities:Develop reports as directed to support direct maintenance cost (DMC) reduction activitiesDevelop and improve the reporting of monthly results, including root cause analysis of variancesAssist in creating an accurate, transparent budget for DMCsIdentify sources of data, and work with the IT group to collect all necessary informationDevelop standards and controls around reporting to ensure integrity and accuracy (change management)International travel may be required.May perform other duties as assigned.

| Requirements: |
Qualifications & Experience:A university degree (Business, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent education, training and experienceA minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in cost analysisHighly analytical with a strong attention to detailExperience with the application of statistical analysisSelf-motivated and results oriented with a focus on qualityExcellent listening, verbal and written communicationExcellent collaborative problem solving skillsAbility to work a team in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environmentDemonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skillsAviation experience is an asset
