The CHC Customer Manager shall be responsible for the overall satisfaction and health of CHC operations and communication to Heli-One’s largest customer. This position shall guarantee the needs of the customer are met through management of contracts, key individuals, and processes while developing and closely fostering communications at all required levels. Contract administration and refining processing to improve Heli-One performance for CHC is a must while developing measures and driving improvements within customer support. This asset will drive change and improvement for all CHC related needs to ensure customer satisfaction is balanced through enforcing processes as required.
Responsibilities: Focal point to manage and aid administration of all needs for CHC throughout Heli-One in close coordination with the regional managers. Responsible for the overall health of relations with this key customer while delicately balancing the needs of Heli-one. Must be proactive in resolving issues both internal and external. Must be a change agent, process oriented, and focused on creating lean procedures in support of growing business and resolving conflict with customers.
Manage local CSR’s and their activity to ensure proper order replenishment, backorder management, and associated actions needed to meet the customer’s requirements for safe and accurate operations. Administer and facilitate new and existing contracts for the overall health of the customer and H1. Liaise and manage multiple internal and external departments to correct satisfaction at all levels, build and refine processes while improving service rates as required. Liaise with various departments in order to prioritize customer needs balanced by company requirements through tactical execution. Responsible to work afterhours as needed to support customers. Ensure service commitments are met or exceeded Scorecard and standardized process development is key to this function and ownership of said scorecard is required. International travel may be required. May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor Degree in relevant field required and Master’s a plus Experience – 10+ years relevant experience Strategic customer support management experience in manufacturing a plus Experience in successfully managing in a global environment Self motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality Expert in MS office suite Excellent collaborative problem solving skills Ability to strategically lead and manage in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
