Job Description: The Standardization Pilot serves as the Chief Pilot’s representative in the development and management of Dynamic Aviation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the oversight of SOP compliance, and the provision of flight operations technical support for King Air or Dash 8 aircraft. Job Responsibilities: The Standardization Pilot is responsible for developing and maintaining SOP and supporting materials such as checklists, QRHs, speed cards, and performance cards for standard and modified airframes. Other responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise on weight and balance, and both standard and modified aircraft performance. The Standardization Pilot must certify Instructor Pilots and perform line pilot and Instructor Pilots’ line checks to ensure proficiency, standardization, SOP compliance, and performance of mission requirements at all company locations. This position will perform base standardization audits to include at least pre-mission planning, mission briefing, risk assessment, mission execution, and post-mission debrief procedures. Responsibilities also include performing all levels of aircraft return to service and engineering test flights, monitoring and augmenting Dash 8 contracted training, augmenting Flight Ops training, and all other duties as assigned. |

| Requirements: | Job Requirements: This position requires extensive experience in type, previous training experience, interpersonal communication skills, and technical writing skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to objectively evaluate, train, and document pilot performance. Additional requirements include possessing a complete understanding of the following: weight and balance, performance, modification status, limitations, mission requirements, and FAA and military regulatory requirements (i.e., Experimental Category; CFR part 137; Joint Instructions; Ground and Flight Procedures; DCMA; Army Maintenance Test Flight Procedures or Non-standard Aircraft Maintenance Test Flight Procedures). Also required is a complete understanding of return to service, EMI/EMS testing, flare testing and engineering test flight procedures and requirements for modified aircraft. This position must maintain Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance deployable status.
