Job Desc: POSTION: Sales RESPONSIBLE TO: Vice President-Materials I. Duties and Responsibilities: A. Shall include the following: Sys-tems Logistix seeks a veteran Sales Representative for the worldwide fixed wing or rotor wing aircraft parts markets. A minimum of 3 years experience in Aviation Parts and Componant Sales is desired. Successful candidates will possess an in-depth knowledge of aircraft componants and systems. Contacts in private, public and government sectors desirable. Occasional domestic and/or international travel may be required. II. Skills and Knowledge: A. Shall include the following: 1. Significant aviation background and knowledge. 2. Ability to set clear goals, standards and accountability for self. 3. Proven record of good and sound decision making under pressure. 4. Knowledge of how to search out and close large and small sales opportunities. 5. Collaborative. 6. Team Player. 7. Strong negotiation skills. 8. Strong interpersonal skills. III. Education and Experience: A. Shall include the following: 1. High School and Bachelor‘s Degree a plus. 2. Background in sales with three to five years experience.
