Omniflight Helicopters is seeking a Helicopter Mechanic to maintain a BK-117 aircraft at our EMS base in St. Cloud, FL.
Job Duties: Performs all maintenance in accordance with applicable regulatory, manufacturer‘s and Omniflight regulations, policies and procedures. Maintain aircraft to the highest standards possible. Maintain aircraft in excellent aesthetic condition. Maintain ground support equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Maintain aircraft publications and documents in a current revision status. Schedule maintenance in an efficient and organized manner which maximizes aircraft availability.

| Requirements: |
Required Qualifications: FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate. High School graduate or equivalent. 5 years aviation maintenance experience. 3 years commercial rotorcraft maintenance experience. 1 year BK-117 maintenance experience. Knowledgeable of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have tools appropriate for the mission. Must carry a pager and be available for on call Possesses sound judgment and objectivity in decision-making Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: FAA Inspection Authorization. Associates Degree. BK-117 Factory School. Previous EMS experience.
