Avenge is seeking a full time Mission Manager Instructor for the Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System (EMARSS) mobile New Equipment Training (NET) team. Position will be responsible to the EMARSS PM and their designees for the development, implementation, and instruction of the Mission Manager training plan for the EMARSS system.
Location: Team is headquartered in Aberdeen, MD with temporary duties to various locations within CONUS and potential OCONUS locations.
Key Responsibilities: Develops and executes the Mission Manager training of an Aerial Exploitation Battalion (AEB) to process, locate, identify and report Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection missions in support of tactical, operational and strategic requirementsPosition includes analyzing, developing, designing, implementing and evaluating the EMARSS training support package to current members of an Aerial Exploitation Battalion (AEB)Teach staff coordination techniques to fulfill all requirements in support of tactical mission activitiesTeach students the utilization of SIGNIT, COMINT and IMINT assets to both optimize their performance and synchronize them and with other Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilitiesProvide Subject Matter Expert advice to Commanders in support of intelligence mission activitiesOther duties may include developing training for other platforms, systems, and government entities
Special Skills/Experience required: Previous experience as an Aerial Exploitation Battalion Mission ManagerFormer Army Warrant Intelligence Officer (350 / 352 Series) with at least four years operational management experience with airborne sensor systemsCurrent Top Secret security clearance with SSBI (SCI eligible)
Highly Desired: Operational experience within the last 12 months with ODIN-A Traffic Analysis Technician (352N) or an Imagery Intelligence Technician (350G)Army Basic Instructor Course certified
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Day with some nights during NET periods
Travel: Up to 25% CONUS and possible OCONUS
