Duties / Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule work assignments to technicians in the repair and mods of aircraft. Responsible for appropriate utilization of personnel.Interface with customers and Aeroframe Services personnel by holding meetings concerning needs and pertinent information pertaining to specified projects.Assess scheduling problems and rectify situation by evaluating and identifying project needs.Track budget hours and cost of project by bidding on upcoming jobs and estimating man hours for non-routine work.Interface with Materials, Engineering, Quality Control and any other person / department as needed in order to assure complete satisfaction.Provide objectives and deadlines to leads in order to accomplish duties in a timely and efficient manner. Must have aircraft supervisory background
