Valid A&P licenseTen or more years working in a transport category aircraft maintenance environment.Five or more year’s supervisory experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.Excellent understanding of all commercial aspects of MRO businessSolid understanding of accounting principlesExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office toolsProven ability to motivate and lead employees
