Program Schedule Analyst in the aerospace / DOD industry supporting aircraft modification programs. Responsible for creating and maintaining schedules within Microsoft Project. Responsible for updating the schedule with production work orders from SAP. Coordinate schedule dependencies and status updates with aircraft production, Engineering, Materials/Procurement, and Manufacturing. Review and analyze resource allocations. Perform critical path and near-critical path schedule analysis. Identify and assist in mitigation of program schedule risk. Performs in-depth analyses and prepares reports on schedule performance for management review. Must be able to interface with and present proposed solutions to high-level representatives of customers and work in a team environment. Sets highest ethical standards for self and others. Other duties as assigned.

| Requirements: |
• Business/technical bachelor degree + a minimum of 4 years directly related experience in any of the following: financial analysis, project planning/coordination, program cost schedule, production scheduling, program control, and/or technical experience in aerospace industry. • Must have Microsoft Office software experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Must have experience in Microsoft Project. • Must be able to work overtime as required. • Must be able to obtain a security clearance. |
