| Job Desc: |
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all maintenance activities within their assigned region, as well as provide strong communication to facilitate other regional requirements.
- Oversee the control and coordination of aircraft assigned to their region.
- Providing leadership and mentoring for the maintenance managers and other assigned production staff within their assigned region.
- Oversee and assist in the coordination of tooling and other support materials for effective cross-base and cross-regional operations for effective cost controls.
- Communicate with the VP of Maintenance, and other Regional Managers in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation and flow of information.
- Oversee and help build solid maintenance plans to meet maintenance schedule on or under budget.
- Develop and report on resource levels and cost analysis for effective control of regional needs.
- Oversee and coordinate efforts to maintain station facilities, including cleanliness and organizational improvements.

| Requirements: |
Required Experience:
- Must hold a valid and current FAA mechanic‘s certification with Airframe & Power plant ratings
- Minimum of 15 years maintenance experience with at least 8 years in Supervisory and Management positions.
- Solid aircraft experience within a fast paced maintenance operation, Turbo-prop and Piston experience a plus.
- Direct fleet type experience is greatly desired.
- Proven experience in “Thinking outside the box” in a pro-active initiative minded way that promotes continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
- Dynamic team builder that creates strong effective group operations.
- Strong communication skills that promote positive and lasting relations with the maintenance group as well as external Departments.
