The Position
Heli-One has an opportunity for a bright energetic team player that is looking for a challenging working environment and a fun and dynamic team atmosphere. All you have to do is get on board.
This is responsible to expand the customer base for new and renewed business through strategic oversight and resource management.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in Heli-One‘s ability to set the standard for safety, helping to maintain our position as world leader.
Expand the customer base for new and renewed business for component, modification, MR&O, integrated logistics and PBH agreements through the strategic direction in Europe and utilizing the Director, Sales Americas staff as resources.
Work in partnership with the VP, Sales & Customer Service to determine market penetration and sales opportunities
Oversee negotiations and close transactions working with legal, finance, commercial group, fleet and other related departments
Expand client and product information databases for use by sales and others at Heli-One
Ensure the post contract award handover to KAM runs smoothly
Support Director, Sales Americas in identifying new sales opportunities
Provide direction to sales staff including performance management and skill development
Ensure margins are met
Ensure market intelligence to Commercial Group and Business Development is managed
Oversee issues with cash collections from customers
Plan budget and monitor appropriately
Travel, as required
Other assignments, tasks and duties, as required

| Requirements: |
Position Qualifications & Experience: A university Degree in Management/Sales equivalent education, training and experienceA minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experienceSales experience within a global production environmentExperience successfully managing in a sales environment, with a proven track recordSelf-motivated and results oriented with a focus on qualityExcellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skillsExcellent collaborative problem solving skills with an ability to implement solutionsAbility to strategically lead in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environmentDemonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills Aviation experience preferredExperience and knowledge with and of culture in the Americas
