| Reliance Aerotech is currently collecting resumes for an upcoming Program Management position. This position will be responsible for the program management of a F404 power plants contract.
Skill Summary: Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing and supervising Naval Aviation Maintenance Programs; must be a U.S. citizen; must be able to speak, write, read and understand the English language; shall be capable of conducting on the job training and qualified on ground support equipment applicable to the specialty; shall have experience with the use of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series Navy Technical Publication. Below are some of the possible tasks.
1) The Program Manager is responsible to the Contracting Officer/Contracting Office Representative (CO/COR) for: overall management of the performance of this contract; supervisory oversight for all maintenance operations included in this contract; delivery and compliance with DD1423 Deliverables and DD254 Clearance Requirements; coordinating work space assignments, scheduled work hours, and shift work with the COR and respective AMO, Production Control Officer (PCO), and Power Plants Officer (PPO); management actions associated with employees to include investigations and reports arising from any quality defect notices issued against contractor employees.
2) The Program Manager possesses: experience in managing, supervising, planning, scheduling, controlling projects, managing funds and managing an industrial workforce; functional knowledge of industrial operations and processes inherent to I-level maintenance as pertaining to aircraft engine maintenance, engine test facilities maintenance, and corrosion control of associates aeronautical equipment.
