| Job Desc: | Aerotek is currently seeking Numerical Controls Methods Planners with extensive experience with Unigraphics. Research and review Engineering documents to produce Methods documents and numerically controlled (N/C) programs, which outline the most cost-effective, sequential steps for fabricating and processing aircraft parts. 1. Adhere to General Work Requirements 2. Review Engineering documents for producibility of aircraft machined parts and coordinate resolution as required 3. Develop efficient numerically controlled (N/C) programs and fixturing requirements for machined components 4. Produce Methods documents and/or QA programs outlining the sequential processes on how to manufacture machined parts assuring all features of the engineering design have been included in the final product 5. Coordinate with other departmental personnel to clarify issues regarding Methods Planner Numerical Control Programmer deliverables and revise as required 6. Assist other employees in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification 7. Maintain and update appropriate Methods documentation and N/C programs, and provide assignment status to area management 8. Input standard routing text and time standards as developed by Methods Engineers to produce Methods documents 9.
