| Job Desc: |
The Team Leader is the TIMCO main point of contact for the line location assigned. The Team Leader is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment, managing costs and delivering a quality aircraft/product on time. The Team Leader prioritizes all work to be accomplished and organizes the setup of the oncoming shift in terms of job assignments. The Team Leader is responsible to ensure work is performed within budgeted time and within TIMCO, FAA, and our customers’ standards of quality. The Team Leader is responsible for administering disciplinary, performance and administrative documentation. The Team Leader is responsible to maintain a positive relationship with the customer at the local level as well as assist with developing relationships, liaising and identifying potential growth customers at the local level.

| Requirements: |
MINIMUM: 1. Five (5)+ years experience performing as an accomplished line maintenance aircraft mechanic with progression of responsibilities including leadership and organizational skills. 2. A&P License is required. Previous Inspection and RII experience desired. 3. Capable of interpreting drawings and blueprints to accomplish a specific task. 4. Must be able to read, write and speak English. 5. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to interact with a wide variety of people. 6. Must have a well-demonstrated understanding of overall aircraft and systems knowledge. 7. Basic computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. 8. Flexible hours and off shifts may be required.
