The Position CHC has an opportunity for a bright energetic team player that is looking for a challenging working environment and a fun and dynamic team atmosphere. All you have to do is get on board. The Regulatory Processes Manager reports to the Vice President of Technical Services and is responsible for developing and maintaining Technical Services manuals, processes and other regulatory required maintenance documentation for CHC Global Operations and ensures the manuals and processes comply with the standards adopted by the Company and with regulatory authority requirements. This position also takes the lead role with respect to the developing any Technical Agreements both for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Play a key role in CHC‘s ability to set the standard for safety, helping to maintain our position as world leader. In close relation with the relevant AOC postholder, create and maintain the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and the Continuing Airworthiness Process Manual (CAPM) for CHC Global Operations, ensuring compliance with the standards adopted by the Company and Regulatory authorities. In close relation with the relevant AOC internal postholders and Type Engineers, review the required MEL‘s for CHC Global Operations, ensuring compliance with the standards adopted by the Company and Regulatory Agencies. Participate with the Training Department and Type Engineers in establishing required training standards company licensing structure and records for CHC Global Operations‘ AME‘s. Ensure all Technical Services documentation systems are standardized throughout CHC Global Operations network. Ensure Corrective Action Requests originating from internal and/or external audits are correctly incorporated in the Technical Services manual systems. Liaise with Flight Standards and Type Engineers where necessary to develop procedures for incorporation into the CAME‘s and CAPM‘s. Liaise with Maintenance Regulatory Departments of various Civil Aviation Authorities in order to coordinate with local postholders to obtain the necessary approval for the CAME‘s and CAPM‘s in support of CHC Global Operations operating approvals. Liaise with partner AOC‘s on the development and updating of their CAME‘s and CAPM‘s to coordinate as much standardization as possible with CHC Global Operations standards. Develop and document in relevant manuals new processes in conjunction with the ongoing development of maintenance software and processes. Provide other regulatory support to Vice President of Technical Services as assigned. |

Position Qualifications & Experience: Technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and procedures. Technical knowledge of CARS, FARS, JARS and ICAO contents. Analytical thinker with strong detail orientation. Effective communicator; highly credible with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative in moving CHC Global Operations Technical Services forward in support of developing new procedures and process documentation to support future software solutions for maintenance.
