Records Analyst Full-time, Non-Exempt Job Location: Moyock, NC Job Description Summary: The Records Analyst is responsible for the daily administration of aircraft and engine records as required by company policy and FAA regulations to include but not limited to: • Perform updating of master aircraft and component maintenance records and verify the reporting of aircraft/component maintenance, maintenance actions and modification. • Provide constant monitoring of time controlled aircraft components to ensure inspections, removals and installations are accomplished in compliance with FAA and company policies and regulations. • Ensure accountability, correctness and completeness of all legal documents pertaining to aircraft and component maintenance in accordance with company policy and current FAA regulations. • Ensure legal documents are maintained and archived in accordance with company policy/procedures and current FAA regulations. • Provide requested reports or copies of documents to the FAA in response to any queries, which may arise concerning the company’s aircraft or maintenance programs. • Audit the collection, recording and filing of aircraft records in accordance with the company and FAA requirements. • Monitor compliance with scheduled aircraft maintenance issued by Maintenance Planning. • Communicate with customers regarding technical questions concerning records and maintenance programs. • Perform continuous audit of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and maintenance programs in accordance with current FAA regulations and company policy and procedures. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned or required. |

| Requirements: | Required Education/Experience: • Five (5) years practical experience in aircraft maintenance and inspection techniques required, with a minimum of four (4) years of aircraft records experience. • Knowledge of company maintenance, operations, and quality manuals; aircraft systems and functions. • Knowledge of ATA Chapter Codes preferred. • Familiarity with fleet management, return to service procedures, interpreting FAA regulations, continuing analysis and surveillance, and communicating with vendors. • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and other computer applications. • Multi-tasking and flexibility are imperative. • Exceptional interpersonal skills a must. Licenses/Certifications: • Current FAA issued Mechanic certificate with both Airframe & Powerplant ratings is required.
