Manages and executes the sales and business development strategy to ensure aggressive identification, qualification, pursuit and closing of business for increased market share and profitable sales of services including but not limited to complete airframe inspections, passenger to freighter conversions, line maintenance of aircraft, heavy maintenance repair and modifications, executive interior modifications and avionics upgrade programs. Develops sales goals and establishes performance metrics and variable compensation programs for sales force. Develops marketing plans and promotional initiatives in order to support the sales and business development strategy.

| Requirements: |
EDUCATION: Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required. MBA preferred.EXPERIENCE: 10 years MRO with management progression experience is required. Minimum five years of sales and business development experience required. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Excellent negotiation and sales skills are required.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint in order to create memos, presentations and basic spreadsheets.Excellent organizational skills in order to handle multiple tasks, prioritize departmental projects and resources is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to interact with current and potential customers.Leadership skills in order to encourage sales force to consistently deliver and exceed their sales quotas.Ability to collaborate well on cross-functional teams and work effectively within a team based environment.To be considered for this position, please forward your resume and salary requirements to hr@commercialjet.com.
