Please be advised of the following position opening within Presidential Airways:
Program Support Coordinator Full-time, Non-Exempt Job Location: Moyock, NC
Job Description Summary:
The Program Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support functions for assigned fixed-wing or rotary-wing programs to include but not limited to:
•Personnel recruiting for assigned contracts.
•Coordinate travel arrangements for Independent Contractors.
•Screen potential candidates.
•Maintain training/personnel files for contract personnel.
•Aviation/BWUSA interface for security clearances.
•Assist with coordination of classes/training schedule.
•Notify appropriate departments of personnel changes.
•Ensure delivery of materials/supplies for deployed personnel.
•Coordinate paperwork as required for various contract needs such as CAC cards, Visas, Passports, Security Clearances, etc.
•Perform other duties as assigned or required.

| Requirements: |
Required Education/Experience:
•High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
•Minimum 4 years experience in office management and/or personnel recruiting.
•Must have a working knowledge of MS Office.
•Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
