Please be advised of the following position opening within Presidential Airways:
Records & Scheduling Coordinator Full-time, Non-Exempt Job Location: Moyock, NC
Job Description Summary:
The Records & Scheduling Coordinator is responsible all processes concerning Independent Contractors to include but not limited to:
•Enter all independent contractor status changes to include changes in pay, job title, address, etc. into PAWTRACS.
•Perform periodical audits of contracts.
•Process all document verification paperwork for independent contractors.
•Interpret, apply, and explain rules and procedures and maintain effective relations with management personnel and independent contractors.
•Ensure that copies of all pertinent documentation such as passports, driver‘s license, immunizations, etc. are on file.
•Ensure proper completion of all new hire paperwork.
•Process contracts and deployment schedules for independent contractors.
•Enter all contractors in the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) database.
•Maintain electronic and paper files for independent contractors.
•Resolve independent contractor pay discrepancies.
•Maintain contact with workforce to answer routine questions and inquiries.
•Coordinate paperwork for new hires and terminations.
•Respond to employee inquiries on a daily basis.
•Assist with the coordination of drug screenings.
•Perform other duties as assigned or required.

| Requirements: |
Required Education/Experience:
•High school diploma required, Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
•Three (3) years of administrative experience required.
•Previous experience in the government contracting industry preferred.
•Strong computer skills a must, with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
•Clear and effective communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
•Strong analytical skills.
