Customer Service Representative (Third Party) The Customer Service Representative ensures financial and delivery compliance with customer contracts and manages the cost of customer accounts. This also may include ordering, procuring and expediting orders to clients as quickly as possible within defined contractual obligations and to record all transactions accordingly to measure corporate performance relative to defined objectives. This is a full time role based at our facility in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the customer order process from point of order through to delivery and troubleshoot any issues Works with customer and participates in selected customer’s meetings regarding aircraft and engine component planning, forecasting, work scope standards, development and productions/work scope meetings. Processes and monitors customers’ orders, ensures invoicing is completed and presented to customer in accordance with contractual requirements Acts as the primary contact by consistently liaising and reporting any issues to customer that include areas such as (commercial issues, delivery, cost, relationship, warranty etc) Investigates, reports and negotiates with customers on any additional maintenance/material requirements encountered during work on customers’ assets Liaises with Sales & Customer Service to breach/support additional client sales opportunities. Provides feedback to Heli-One regarding service failures or customer concerns and provides feedback to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes. Ensures quality standards are attained and, where appropriate, corrective action is taken in order to prevent deviations and/or future recurrences. Prepare service reports/KPIs and actively participate in customer meetings held internally with the business units and externally with customer and Heli-One Stakeholders as required International travel may be required May perform other duties as assigned

| Requirements: |
Qualifications & Experience: A university Degree in Management/ Customer Service or equivalent education, training and experience A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in aviation Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality Excellent listening, verbal and written communication Excellent collaborative problem solving skills Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills Experience or knowledge of material planning inventory and purchasing concepts as well as familiarity with aircraft operating overhaul or manufacturing environment an asset Supply chain experience within a global environment preferred.
