F-16 Maintenance Engineer/Applications Engineer Responsible for providing F-16 engineering support to provide customers with fleet sustainment, aircraft recovery modification/upgrade projects. Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, configuration or design changes, and other data to plan and develop F-16 maintenance support activities. Domestic and International travel is required along with relocation to Milwaukee, WI. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in the areas of engineering or depot level operations on the F-16 platform. Knowledge of commercial/military maintenance programs a plus. Bachelor‘s degree in engineering and military experience is a plus. Foreign language skills are welcome. Candidates should possess the following skills: Comprehensive F-16 platform and its maintenance activity knowledge Thorough knowledge of F-16 Technical Orders Drawing Interpretation, Bill of Material, repair scheme and work package preparation Customer OEM/relations, including aircraft surveys repair oversight Statement of Work development Contract review and material sourcing development Candidate will have the following proven abilities: Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Concise and exact communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent analytical skills Microsoft Office proficiency including Microsoft Project Ability to operate in a team environment
