| Job Desc: |
Plans and lays out all types of sheet metal work from blueprints, models, or other specifications. Sets up and operates all available types of sheet metal working machines (CNC brake press, CNC punch, etc). Uses a variety of hand tools in cutting, bending, forming, shaping, fitting and assembling. May use measuring instruments such as dial calipers, etc. in the completion of job duties. Sets highest ethical standards for self and others. Performs other duties as assigned.

| Requirements: |
• Technical Assoc degree + 2 years sheet metal manufacturing experience. • H/S (or GED) + 4 years sheet metal manufacturing experience. • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and must be able to read measuring instruments (calipers, scales, etc.). • Must have basic shop math skills. • Must wear approved safety shoes and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Must be able to work alternating shifts, weekends, and overtimeand as required. • Must be able to obtain a security clearance. |
