| Job Desc: |
Manage and support SmarTeam, which includes implementing vendor supplied enhancements, upgrades and patches, and coordinating user testing and acceptance. Develop reporting for SmarTeam using SmarTeam API, SQL Reporting Services or Oracle reporting tools according to user requirements, while adhering to our IT policies and procedures. Participate in user forums and discussions to understand system requirements and user concerns with the SmarTeam PLM system. Influence users towards self-service. Act as a liason between the Midcoast Engineering user community and SmarTeam support/development vendors. Maintain understanding of business processes in Midcoast Operations. Support them through the development of systems solutions. Act in a supplier management role with SmarTeam vendor to influence relevant product decisions. Provide development support for Oracle middleware applications using tools provided in the SIA and Web Logic suites. Plan, develop and test work packages according to overall project plans and priorities. Ensure the solution implementation and supporting development complies with published corporate and IT processes and policies. Update and document technical and functional documentation as required for each project that is undertaken. Other duties may be assigned as needed. |
| Requirements: |
