| Job Desc: |
The Program Manager will work with Engineering to create a Microsoft Project based program work of breakdown structures, budgets and delivery schedules. The Manager shall identify risks and develops risk mitigation strategies for assigned programs. The Program Manager needs the ability to manage development programs for complex avionics systems with significant embedded software content, while performing Earned Value analysis. Will be required to conduct weekly program reviews with the development team and identify and implement corrective actions as required. The Program Manager will also be responsible for primary interface to the customer. The Program Manager should be motivated to drive the completion of programs on schedule and within budget while meeting technical requirements and customer expectations.

| Requirements: |
- Avionics, cockpit or aerospace / defense program management a must.
- BS degree in Engineering, Business or Economics is mandatory.
- Earned Value Analysis is required.
- 5 years experience in all phases of program management.
- United States Navy contract experience preferred.
- Experience in avionics systems and DO-178B certifications preferred..
- Subcontract management experience. (Must be able to “read” the contract).
- Highly flexible; must have ability to manage several programs simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project software, as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
